Mr. Geld is partner in Terrile, Cannatti & Chambers, LLP. Previously, he practiced eight years in intellectual property litigation (patents, trademarks, and copyright) in California and Texas, before focusing on patent preparation and prosecution in both private practice and in-house. Worked in-house at NXP Semiconductor, he was responsible for Digital Networking business unit patent strategy, software patent development, managing outside patent counsel, patent preparation and prosecution, and tracking IP legislative changes.
